I have a funny feeling in the gut of my stomach that the outcome of this match was already pre-planned long ago ..
Tommy and Fed go way back. I love both them as players and considering all the injury trouble Haas has had I really can’t believe he is still playing at 34 winning a major title over one of the top players in the world is just a testament to all his hard work re-cooperating from Injury and just never giving up!. I am absolutely ecstatic for Tommy and I hope he can back up Wimbledon with a R3 showing at least!.
Federer was not the defending champion, Kohlschreiber was.
So happy for haas, but man I wanted Roger to win this.
